1 · Beta Version Disclaimer

V‑RUNNER is currently in beta. Features, data structures, and the user interface may change without notice. While we strive to provide a reliable service, you acknowledge that the app is under active development and may contain bugs, experience downtime, or undergo significant changes at any time.

2 · Data & Storage

Your run data, planner configurations, and account information are stored on our servers. During the beta period, data may be reset, migrated, or lost as part of development updates. We recommend keeping local backups of important run records. By using the app, you accept that data loss may occur and that V‑RUNNER is not responsible for any lost or corrupted data.

3 · Limitation of Liability

V‑RUNNER is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost run data, inaccurate tracking, or reliance on app information for competitive or record-keeping purposes. Use the app at your own risk.

4 · Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide the service: your email address, run data, and planner configurations. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Account authentication is handled securely through industry-standard practices. Your run data is associated with your account and is only visible to you unless you choose to share or submit it to the leaderboard.

5 · Run Review Process

All leaderboard submissions are reviewed by designated reviewers. Submissions progress through the following pipeline stages: Pending — Your run has been submitted and is waiting in the review queue. A submission requires up to two video URLs covering the full run, and must pass the server-side integrity pipeline (telemetry, boss sequence, world-state, and seed-access checks) before it enters the queue. In Review — A reviewer has claimed your submission and is actively inspecting the provided video evidence against the server-side telemetry data. This includes verifying boss splits, category compliance, mod integrity, and reload counts. Approved — The reviewer has confirmed that your run meets all category requirements and the video evidence is valid. Your run is now eligible for the leaderboard. Rejected — The reviewer found a discrepancy or rule violation. Reviewer notes explaining the decision will be visible on your My Runs page, and you may address the issue and resubmit. Reviewers have the authority to approve or reject submissions based on their judgment of the evidence. The server-side verification pipeline provides an authoritative baseline, but human review is the final arbiter of leaderboard eligibility. Attempts to circumvent the review process or submit fraudulent evidence may result in permanent disqualification from the leaderboard.
